Refund Policy

At Art and Soul Cafe, we take pride in the quality and care behind everything we create. Please read the following Refund Policy before making a purchase.
 

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital items (e.g., printables, guides, tutorials) are final and non-refundable.
 

2. Physical Products

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of the Fruit of the Spirit Prayer Journal, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We’ll review your request and, if eligible, offer a refund or replacement. To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• Return shipping (if applicable) is the responsibility of the customer.
   

3. Workshops (Future Offering)

Refunds for workshop registrations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferable to another workshop if space is available.
